Delivery area

The products offered on our site can be delivered in the following 33 destinations:

Delivery is provided by one of this three carriers: La Poste - Colissimo, Chronopost or DPD. The availability of carriers varies according to the products and/or according to the destination.


Anyone who want to place an order for a delivery address outside these destinations must contact us by e-mail to contact@zw-fishing.com. Indeed, a delivery could be possible, but a request by email is necessary to validate or not this possibility and determine any additional cost.

Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

 

Delivery time

The deadlines for preparing an order and then establishing the invoice before shipment of the products in stock are 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

An e-mail will automatically be sent to the customer at the time of shipment, provided that the e-mail address on the registration form is correct.

However, orders are processed and shipped only after receipt of the entire payment.

 

Shipping & Returns

During the ordering process, we inform you of delivery times and costs.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be paid by the customer in addition to the price of the purchased products.
 

Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be chargeable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Z & W Nature S.A.S.; They will be at the customer's expense and are responsible (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). Z & W Nature S.A.S. invites the client to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.

 

Terms of delivery

Depending on the mode of delivery chosen, the parcel may either be deposited in a mailbox or handed to the client against signature and upon presentation of an identity document.

In the latter case, if the customer is absent, a notice of transit will be left to the customer to allow him to pick up his parcel in his post office or in a relay of the chosen carrier.

 

Problems with delivery

It is specified that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. Failure to do so will require Z&W Nature S.A.S. to deliver within a reasonable time and in the event of non-delivery within this period, the customer may cancel the contract.

Z&W Nature S.A.S. will reimburse the customer, without undue delay from receipt of the cancellation letter, the total amount paid for the products, taxes and delivery charges included, using the same method of payment as used by the customer for buying the products.


If the customer selects a carrier offered on www.zw-fishing.com, Z&W Nature S.A.S. is responsible until delivery of the product to the customer. On the other hand, if the customer entrusts the delivery to a carrier of his choice, other than that offered on www.zw-fishing.com, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer at the time Z&W Nature SAS gives the products to the carrier.

All the products leave our premises in perfect condition. At the time of delivery and in the presence of the deliverer, the customer has to check the package and to issue, on the transport receipt, "handwritten reserves", accompanied by his signature for the smallest trace of shock on the package (Holes, traces of crushing etc.), traces of opening during the transport or partial losses observed and if necessary to refuse the package.

The customer must also confirm this anomaly by sending to the carrier within three (3) working days of the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said claims. The customer must send us a copy of this letter. Without this, we do not exchange or refund. It will be asked to make, if possible, photographies to be attached to the complaint file.

The exchange or reimbursement of any product declared a posteriori, damaged during the transport, without any reserve has been issued on receipt, can not be taken care of.
